About amlifecoach

I am an author of fiction and self-help books and a magazine columnist. My goal is to help people uncover the beliefs and other factors that block them from learning all they can in this lifetime in order to evolve. I also instruct sword arts (kendo, chanbara, iaido) as a venue to help individuals look at their lives. As a female, my experiences in the male-dominated corporate fields I have worked in have taught me a lot about myself — knowledge I want to pass on. We behave in accordance with what we believe, and every moment offers us a choice. We can choose to live blind or choose to take a more active role in our lives. I am interested in sharing what I have assimilated in hopes that I will learn more from those who comment on amlifecoach’s blogs.
